10-12 Months Before Your Wedding

Seluruh guru yang sudah menikmati dana tunjangan sertifikasi agar meningkatkan semangat belajar mengajar dan tak perlu bermalas-malasan. Sekretaris Disdikbud Musirawas Utara Ad Oktarina mengharapkan kepada guru PNS harus lebih memaksimalkan kinerjanya, mengingat sudah diberikan tambahan gaji sebagai penunjang kinerja belajar mengajar. Para guru yang sudah sertifikasi sudah saatnya meningkatkan kinerja, jangan lagi malas-malasan karena sudah diberikan gaji tambahan.

“Kami masih mendapatkan laporan bahwa masih ada guru sertifikasi yang malas mengajar, hal itu akan dibuktikan dengan kredit jam mengajar saat diajukan untuk mendapatkan dana sertifikasi, disamping ada audit khusus disetiap sekolah,” kata Oktarina yang undangan.me kutip dari Antaranews (08/02/16).

Para guru sertifikasi akan dilakukan evaluasi enam bulan sekali untuk mengetahui kelengkapan jam mengajar yang sudah ditentukan, bagi yang jam belajar mengajarnya tidak cukup, tapi menerima sertifikasi utuh bisa saja mengembalikan uang negara tersebut.

Pencairan uang sertifikasi saat ini diberikan pertriwulan (TW), kalau untuk pengajuan sertifikasi selanjutnya harus sudah terdafdar dalam Data Pokok Pendidik (Dapodik). Sedangkan perhitungan pembayaran sertifikasi guru disesuaikan dengan gaji pokok.

Pendapatan yang lebih dari cukup itu, harus makin memaksimalkan kinerjanya, mengingat mereka sudah diberikan tambahan gaji untuk penunjang keprofesionalan. Bila masih ada kekurangan sarana seperti laptop, infokus sebagai media mengajar, maka dengan uang sertifikasi tersebut bisa digunakan untuk memenuhi kekurangan tersebut.
